Zhongman International Petroleum Equipment (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

Zhongman International is the subsidiary company of Zhongman Petroleum Exploration Corporation (hereinafter shorted as ZPEC). ZPEC Trade is the sales and purchase center of ZPEC. There are total three petroleum equipment manufactories governed by ZPEC. One is 3H (Shanghai) Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. (3HPEC), and the others are ZPEC PDC Bit Co., Ltd (hereinafter referenced as ZPEC PDC) and Sichuan Kunlun Petroleum Equipment Manufactory., Ltd. (hereinafter referenced as KPEM). ZPEC Trade was registered in Beijing, the Capital of China. The office is next to the 2008 Olympic Sports Center (Bird's Nest Gymnasium). The business scope covers the export and import of goods including but not limited to petroleum drilling rigs, workover rigs, rig spare parts, drilling tools and pipes, oil and gas tubes, instruments and transport vehicles.

Zhongman Petroleum Exploration Corporation (ZPEC)
ZPEC, One of the largest complex enterprises, was found in 1994. It was registered at the Financial &Trade Area of Lujiazui Pudong, Shanghai. It owns USD100 million fixed assets; Annual average in the last 3 years' revenue was up to USD120 million. ZPEC has expanded into a super large complex in oil and gas exploration and development, Petroleum engineering, gas processing, machinery, commerce and trade, and other industrial services. ZPEC employs 2300 professionals, of which seniors are up to 325 covering the sectors such as geologic, drilling and associated services, wire line logging, mud logging, down hole services, pipe laying, oilfield and road and bridge constructions, rig and associated equipment manufacturing and repairing. Most of the professionals have the working experience in CNPC and SINOPEC, which are the largest state own oil companies in China.

3H (Shanghai) Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd.
3H (Shanghai) Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. (3HPEC), with the office in Shanghai Pudong district-the industry, economy, trading and financial center in China, is A Sino-US J.V. company, mainly engaged in manufacturing oil & gas drilling and production equipment. 3HPEC currently designs and manufactures electrical and mechanical rigs from 3000-9000 meter (750hp-3000hp) for both land and offshore. The yield of 3HPEC is more than 50 rigs annually. The rigs manufactured by 3HPEC are contracting with CNPC, SINOPEC, SUADI ARAMCO, Ethiopia, Sudan, Venezuela and American West Energy Company. There were 20 rigs completed by 3HPEC and delivered to drilling contractors in 2006. In Saudi, there are total 5 rigs manufactured by 3HPEC contract with Saudi Aramic. One rig comes from SINOPEC SERIVCE namely SINOPEC-104. Three rigs come from ZPEB namely SINO-6, SINO-18, SINO-19. One brand new rig was delivered to Saudi Aramic in April 2007.

Sichuan Kunlun Petroleum Equipment Manufactory Ltd.
KPEM was registered in 2005 with the head office in Chengdu, the Capital City of Sichuan Province. The plant area is up to 120 acres. KPEM is also a rig manufactory with the outcome capacity of more than 40 rigs annually. The other products include mud pumps, auto-drillers, mud loggings and wire line loggings. KPEM is also the ZPEC's southwest base with complete logistic base and training center.

ZPEC PDC Bit Co., Ltd. (ZPEC PDC)
ZPEC PDC is located in Shanghai Financial &Trade Area. The annual yield is up to 1000 bits. The PDC bit series cover 12-1/4", 8-1/2", and 6". ZPEC PDC can also design and fabricate PDC bit out of the series to meet the various users. The revenue was up to USD600 million in 2006. The users include American new west Energy Company, Changqing Oilfield, Dagang Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, ZPEB, Dianqiangui Oilfield, and other subsidiary oil companies to CNPC and SINOPEC.
